Space Product Development September 17, 1999: Huntsville, AL SPD to be at AgDiscovery in San Francisco On September 23-24, people attending the AgDiscovery Conference, International Business Communications latest addition to their Agriculture Biotechnology Symposium series, will have the opportunity to visit the SPD display and get answers to these and other questions.

The display will feature commercial plant research training hardware from the Wisconsin Center for Space Automation and Robotics (WCSAR) , used to train John Glenn and the crew of STS-95, and other items of interest. SPD representatives will be on hand to answer questions about the program and about the agribusiness research being done through its Commercial Space Centers. A representative from WCSAR Industry Partner Rapigen, LLC will be on hand to discuss results from a commercial investigation on STS-95, as well as upcoming flight plans. Representatives from WCSAR -- including Dr. Weijia Zhou, Director -- will be on hand to discuss research advantages, hardware, and opportunities for prospective Industry Partners.
